What you can expect from our RockShox fork service

• Initial performance check
  
  We start by cycling and testing your fork to identify any functional issues and baseline performance.
  
• Thorough cleaning and inspection
  
  The fork is completely cleaned in our parts washer before service begins. Stanchions, crowns, and hardware are checked for wear or damage. Your original air pressure and damper settings are recorded.
  
• Full teardown and component inspection
  
  The fork is fully disassembled. Internal components are inspected, seals and seal heads are replaced (upgraded versions installed where applicable), and dampers are refilled using RockShox-approved fluids. Closed dampers are vacuum-bled for consistent performance.
  
• Independent damper testing
  
  Before reassembly, the damper is tested on its own to ensure the full range of damping and proper function.
  
• Lower leg service and seal installation
  
  Lower legs are cleaned, and bushings are measured for tolerance. If needed, they are sized to ensure smooth performance. New RockShox wiper seals are installed.
  
• Final assembly and performance verification
  
  Once reassembled, the fork is tested again to confirm proper operation. We’ll return your original settings or apply baseline setup tailored to you if requested.

What you can expect from our RockShox rear shock service

• Complete pre-service cleaning
  
  Every shock is cleaned in our parts washer before work begins, so inspection and service are debris-free.
  
• Inspection and baseline setup recording
  
  We check for any visible wear or damage, and record your current damper settings and air pressure.
  
• Initial performance test
  
  The shock goes on our hand dyno to confirm baseline function and identify any issues.
  
• Full teardown and internal inspection
  
  The shock is fully disassembled, cleaned, and all internal components are carefully inspected.
  
• New seals and factory-approved fluids
  
  All sealing components are replaced, and the shock is rebuilt using RockShox-approved oils and parts.
  
• Vacuum-bled damper and nitrogen charge
  
  Dampers are vacuum-bled where applicable to remove air from the system, and IFP charging is completed with nitrogen for consistent performance.
  
• Dyno validation
  
  After reassembly, the damper is tested again to confirm correct damping range and smooth function.
  
• Air can service included
  
  Air shocks receive a full air-can service, fresh lubrication, and are set to the original pressure unless you request a personalized setup.
